But what do we do when we come across a gem that’s a little older or has a few more miles on it? A car that’s been around the block a few times, but is otherwise one of the very few that match our exacting standards?

Budget Transportation — a term we employed in our CarSense days — didn’t seem good enough to describe cars of this quality. So instead, we’re calling these carefully selected cars just what they are: CarShop Select.  

CarShop Select vehicles are mechanically sound vehicles that are the best in their age and mileage range.  As with all CarShop cars, you can be sure they haven’t been significantly modified, been in a serious accident, or experienced flood, fire, or frame damage. Each comes with a 3-month, 3000-mile powertrain warranty, oil and filter change, and has been safety and state inspected. We feel confident they’re superior values to similar-mileage vehicles you’ll find elsewhere.
